Belf starting zone - Arcane Residue

I think this was brought up quite a while ago, but it’s still in the game. There is an area in Eversong Woods called the West Sanctum, and while there you need to kill Manawraiths and Mana Stalkers, and each time you kill one you get a stack of Arcane Residue. After killing a few of my quest mobs, I realized that the Arcane Residue debuff was increasing my spell damage done by 250, and my spell damage taken by 125. The debuff lasts for 2 minutes at a time. What is happening, if you’re not paying attention, is you get the debuff, you attack something, and you get pretty much one-shot by a quest mob depending on if they have spell damage. I went over to the murloc area while I had the debuff, and one tick of the murloc’s poison damage over time killed me. I also tested this on a Mana Stalker at the West Sanctum (because they use Moonfire), and I died after two ticks of that.

I can work around this for now and it will not ruin my questing now that I’m aware of what’s doing it, but, anyone who isn’t aware of this is going to run around getting one shot by quest mobs lol.

Edit: for grammar, there’s probably more to fix that I haven’t noticed yet.

Just had this happen and went to test it. Not sure if it stacks but, the debuff you get starts out small like 19 damage done and 9 damage taken… But after about 15 seconds or so it shoots right up (Without killing anything else) to 250 damage done and 125 damage taken… Makes their moonfire pretty OP haha… But yeah, this is still in the game right now.
