Yesterday I ran into a group fighting this rare and joined in. I didn’t get the mount but someone else did. They were kind of enough to give it to me. I clicked on it and thought it was in inventory. Now when I check my mounts, not only is it not in inventory but it’s not in the mounts I have not found yet. Anyone else having this problem?

Do you have a filter set on your mounts tab?
Why do you need to post on an alt for this?
Why is this even remotely relevant?

if this is their main account then the mount should show up in the collection tab on the armory page but the mount is listed as not collected

Why does it matter who they post as? It’s none of our business. Wrong of you to think that, instead of helping, you’re worried about who they posted as.

Just because i called you out, it doesn’t mean I’m a troll. If the person wants to post from a little forum alt, that’s entirely up to them. If you had of said “had you posted from your main or linked your main we could check your collection” it would have been a helpful thing and not an accusatory question.
Also, my profile being hidden has even less to do with anything lol

Alt? I’ll be honest not sure what you are even talking about. I have almost never used the forums and my lvl 80 Demon hunter is my first toon. Why do you care what name someone uses? I’m still confused how I’m using an alt. Who cares about the name and what is your point of your question? Please just answer this for me, why ask someone that question when they are asking for help? Thanks for being completely not helpful and a waste of time.

When they gave it to you, and it landed in your bags, did you click on it to ‘learn’ it? If so, I would submit a ticket. I would think they could track that. If you never found it in your inventory at all, the trade may not have gone through.
If you weren’t in his group, I don’t think he’s able to trade it to you. Could that have been the issue?
To be fair, the armory is pretty much worthless these days due to it usually being highly inaccurate.
