Is unable to be completed. can climb first 2-3 stones and then no path. Happened lots in previous expansion too. Or is it there just to infuriate people.

Apparently only on this toon’s shard, I can do it on other toons no issues. Not just this toon either, has got anyone on that shard stuck
What’s more infuriating is that I can climb up a certain path, but when I reach a dead end (next rock too far away) climbing up, the hand-holds that I just previously used are now to far apart for me to use. 
What in heck?! And this has been going on for some time judging by the date of the complaints, but is not corrected yet.
