Beledar's Attunement no longer working for Warband

I purchased Beledar’s Attunement on one of my druids, & it was working fine for my Warband but for whatever reason, it no longer works for my other characters.

Same. Some toons it works and some it doesn’t.

I am having the same problem, some toons it works on while others it doesn’t. Is there never going to be a fix for this?
