I see this guy spawn at multiple location due to the 30mins spawn chance. is this guy moving like time lost proto? or stay in one place but random spot? is this guy able to solo kill? is rare scanner works? I wasn’t able to see him any location, probably dead already. is this guy weekly? daily? someone please share info

Possibly weekly, it drops a mount. Not sure about the % though.

He stays in one spot but has like 20 different spawn points. He spawns once every 3 hours. It’s daily.
