I have no idea how to progress this, Ive done his marriage proposal thing he wanted me to do, Now hes stuck there refusing to answer my question.

stuck as well. i flew around the zone and didn’t see any quests i’d missed, and don’t have Narman’s quest in my log, so…???
I’ve done most of the others for the “dragon isles adventuring: being yourself” chain but this guy is preventing me from finishing it
