Tanking my own key, dps was making derogatory comments (reported them), chose to abandon key but was held hostage till timer run out because it was 3man premade and remaining dps/me couldn’t outvote them. Yes the initial mistake was accepting 3man premade that’s on me, but as a key holder I should get last say in what happens in my own key.
how do you plan to go around their free will?

In the one off chance this happens you can leave without penalty I think it only happens if you do it a few times.

Right click on your own name annd press leave group there yee go buddy.

You can leave whenever you want. No tag is attached unless you develop a pattern for doing it.
Also, as leader, you get an increased vote already.

or just go afk…or hell, log out and get on another toon for at least 10 minutes…then you get zero penalty and their butts are stuck in they key.
You can leave a key whether it’s yours or not without a penalty until you leave 33% of keys. The system resets as good as new when you join a key or list yours and complete the dungeon.
Then we’d have posts about keyholders griefing keys solo. Use your brain and just leave a key you don’t wanna do.
