Unless your a warrior or a feral druid that actively put a bleed on a rogue in cata classic consider the game done if he wants to be a dick he can prolong as long as he likes he can also pick up the shadow sights in stealth and stay stealth so I mean not much we can do in Cata classic. Ive never had this issue ive been doing arenas since OG MOP I was playing a hunter then as well so flare helps but a paladin has nothing
I remember fighting a 1400 rogue in 2s that waited until 100% damp and killed me 1v1 since i did 0 healing i couldnt top up between his goes

Yep, just run around for 20 minutes until their defensives do nothing and you still have your immunities then 100-0 them. 
No counterplay for most specs, unironically. Except the rogues addled attention span.

Make sights perma and gave movement increase
to much make sights last longer and reduce their CDS

In all seriousness, how you combat this is to just sit on top of the sight spawns, and then try to get stuns/bleeds/dots on him before he’s able to reset. Put aoe down on the other sight if possible (ie, blizzard, consecration, rain of fire, etc), this depends on the map, but don’t split up so he can solo one of you out of los. He can basically only do as you described once or twice if your team is getting at least one sight each time

thanks above mentioned was done already clases dont offer bleeds minimal aoe avalible to break him out this wouldnt be an issue if literally any other class combo was in the arena with him lol

idk what a resto shaman has that will keep a rogue out of stealth. my solution is be a feral druid
