I didnt want to leave draenor, so I wanted to lock my XP to stay at 40. however, Behsten, and all of the npc’s are not in the war room. Im pretty sure this is because I started the legion questline a while back, and got to the part where dalaran teleports to the broken isles. I think that’s probably the most likely reason for him phasing out, but is there a way to restore him, or an alternative way to lock xp?
Once y9ou get the Dalaran Hearthstone, that room should go back to normal. You are looking all the way in the back corner of the southeastern room, right? He is stealthed and you can’t see him until you are close.
no, he isnt there. there is absolutely nobody in the room.
im starting to think something else might be causing this.
id head over the customer service forum, stormwind has like 12 different phases all causes by different quests.
i had a DH that was in 5 phases at once in stormwind harbor(one that is impossible for DH to be in… lol they sorted it for me.
