I’m beginning to collect mounts and I want to start off with some easy ones and also i dont have bfa im waiting to buy shadowlands

Rivendares Deathchargers can be ‘easy’ cause you can run it over and over again, but it does have a low percent chance of dropping.
Astral cloud serpent, blue and azure drake, blue photo drake, there’s HUNDREDS!!

There are a lot of really good videos on YouTube that show you the easiest 150-200 mounts that you can get. That would be the best place to get started.

Yea, Wowhead and YouTube have a ton of easy mounts to farm guides. Most of them just take a very long time cause of low drop rates, but what ever drops them dies pretty much instantly. Same for long boring faction grinds that some require.
Well, as Alliance there are a wide variety of horses you can buy.

I’ve spent 8 years farming acs… nothing easy about it for me 
I’d just use something like this to get started, knocking out all of the 100% mounts/mounts for gold etc will boost you pretty quickly.

Fun fact: when you collect an Alliance horse mount you automatically get the equivalent Horde wolf mount as well!
Looked at your mount collection, looks like you knocked off a lot of the really easy ones.
A lot of mounts either require reputation grinds or are random boss drops with low % drop rates. So you kind of have to pick your poison.
Or my personal favorite, the rep grind paired with low rng drop which are the Legion paragon cache mounts. Blech!

Mount collecting is a bottomless pit of misery.
I want to second this. Very good site for getting started down the rabbit hole that is mounts.
Argent Tournament (WoLK):
Do some rep grinding & daily for Champions Seals - 14 mounts
(this is located in Icecrown and I think will be chronnie-phased after pre-patch).
Wrymrest Accord (WoLK):
One or two easy dailies - Red drake
Kurenai (TBC): in Nagrad. There are some quests but you can go around killing ogres for marks to turn in for quick rep - 8 mounts
Netherwing (TBC): In Shadowmoon Valley. There are some dailies, more unlock as your rep goes up. You can simply farm eggs thoug hand turn them in and get rep extremely fast. - 6 mounts
Legion (Argus): many of the world bosses drop mounts
Hallow’s End: farm the Headless Horsemen for his mount. This is hit or miss but fast and you can do it on all toons.
Those are probably some of the most ‘bang for your buck’ mounts. Each of the TBC ones can be done in a day or so depending on competition. More can be found at https://warcraftmounts.com/
The 100k corrupted mementos is pretty easy.
I just did 3 mask runs and prioritized turning echoes into vessels instead of the usual Coalscing visions thingies.
Even if you cannot handle masked runs you can still get it just by passively doing visions week by week.
Boy, you ain’t kidding. The only thing I’ve been doing this past week is camping Rustfeather and Arachnoid Harvester in hopes they’d drop their mounts… But they never do. I want that mount Rust drops, I’d be like General Grievous zipping away from General Kenobi.
The easiest mounts to get are the ones you can buy from quartermasters once you reach exalted reputation with their faction. Some mount drops are easier than others. Argus for example drops a few mounts with a fairly high drop rate.
If you want the good ones with a 1% drop rate then persistence is key. Make as many alts as you can and don’t give up. Camp and kill that rare or boss as many times as you can each day or every week as much as you can.
