So.
You are making the claim that you can’t win in pvp without consumables?
So.
You are making the claim that you can’t win in pvp without consumables?
That depends on how you define winning. There will be matches that you cannot win without consumables, yes. And you will certainly be behind in ranking with similar players.
Let me make a straw man for you now. Are you saying consumables don’t make any difference in pvp?
Alright. I’m going to grant that there are matches where you aren’t going to win period. Full stop.
No. I said that people are already using them in pvp. Making a claim that wow tokens are going to effect that in any way is erroneous and far reaching.
Are you saying that consumables will never be the difference between winning and losing?
I see what you are doing. You are attempting to get me to buy into your .0000002% of events argument as an actual argument.
Go back and read. I’ve been pretty clear with you even though you are trying to split hairs.
You made an erroneous claim. That is all I’m saying. When my leading questions show that, you choose not to answer. That’s okay. It can be embarrassing to be wrong, even in anonymous forums. I get it. I’ll leave you alone.
Your definition of wrong is based entirely on unknowns and suppositions.
I am saying exactly what I’m saying.
Wow tokens won’t change the behavior of players currently playing the game because:
People are already using consumables.
People aren’t using consumables.
No content requires consumables.
The p2w argument regarding consumables is a misnomer because people are already using them.
That’s a completely different argument than saying you can “win all pvp content” without consumables. You’re shifting around again.
You’re also trying to imply that it would be rare for consumables to make a difference. Let’s use the most simple example. Let’s say one team uses life flasks and health potions. They have around 2700 life more in each pvp encounter. That’s what, 30-40% more survivable than the other team? It’s not some .0001% difference. It’s insurmountable if the gear and skill is anywhere even close, which is often as almost everyone is raid geared.
Now obviously people are using consumables already. I don’t think tokens will make a huge difference.
My point is simply that you made a silly claim. You really didn’t need to. All the other ones you made as deflections are better points.
Yea. All I see is you splitting hairs desperate for some sort of “VICTORY ON THE FORUMS!”
I’m going to clarify this for you one more time.
Wow tokens
Are
Not
P2w
The end.
Yeah, but they are and you’re wrong, you can pay for just about anything in the game my dude
Edit: People are really wanting to buy gold out here lmao
That’s still a different argument. You’re wrong about that as well, but it’s just a deflection. I’ll explain anyway.
You say it’s not p2w because it’s already happening. Yeah, everything is already happening in the game. If you suddenly were paying cash for all the stuff, it’s still p2w lol. That’s what makes it p2w…
Buying tokens stimulates the game economy by giving the poor spending power, which means more income for the crafters and raw materials farmers.
Good luck countering this argument.
Except for the fact that people are already winning without buying gold…
Yeah, so? If they then bought gold to help them win, it would be paying to win. What don’t you get? Playing the game to win is not the same as spending money to win.
Lol yeah all these people make me pretty sure that we are going to get tokens. They would buy so many ![]()
We are definitely not because the backlash would be ignorant, they will prolly show up after all the content is released
Yeah they may lose any profit from having to staff up their forum sweepers to delete all the threads lol.
(not really, but yeah)
You are assuming that consumables will make the difference between winning and losing.
People are already winning with them.
People are already winning without them.
So yea. You’re trolling at this point.
I’d like to say the money from tokens would go into the game but it’s simply not true
