You liked this game. You loved it, but in the motional subjectivity of your moment to moment train of thought of life, you changed.
In the subjectivity of our experiences from beliefs to simply having a bad day, we have to kick the cat for good measure because the inextricable hormonal erracticness of our physiology and mental state demands it. A little more, you begun to ponder and thought you were on the verge of a revelation.
You lunge for the esc button, you turn off your game, vent to the forum about your experiences, mind is racing, heart rate soaring, fists clenched, in that moment you fabricate what you hate about the game most because damn it, youâve a damn right and youâre a neo-paleolithic 21st century naked monkey man in a suit and your emotions need a damn outlet.
Heres my suggestion, try and look at the ground, now close your eyes, breathe, count in for 5, out for 10. Now repeat after me:
âITâS A DAMN GAME, ITâS A DAMN GAME, ITâS A DAMN GAME, ITâS A DAMN GAMEâ
Are we getting somewhere? Good, youâre still reading. Theres hope for you yet. You can take the day off? How does that sound? Your day job as your class getting to you? Heres your pay. No need to dawdle now, just take the day off, take a breather, kick back and put your feet up.
Maybe watch some wrestling or mosh to heavy metal.
I canât tell you people how many damn times Iâve been seeing these vent threads. We live in difficult times; Iâve lost my head at ths game, but damn it, itâs a game. Just a game.
You can take a breather, you can come back to it. You donât have to let your raging hormones spiking through your blood because of a inextricably challenging scenario you soon confess is too redundant for your time and money and come to express yourself.
Thatâs cool. Go right ahead.
But you can just as easily⌠just stop for a minute. You can take your mind off of thngs? Come back tomorrow, the next week.
I know, we live in a stimulus packed world and your senses are overloaded 24/7 you have so and so contacts, relationships, your boss sucks, something. But itâs ok.
Itâs ok to take just a little break.
Heres a snicker bar, feeling better?
