Falling sword is an entirely different skill.

When it was being tested, it was a reticle skill that allows you to throw a sword into the ground on first click, and the 2nd click makes you charge to it.

wings of liberty makes you leap to the target.

Using Heroic Leap while atop my charger has been a more epic experience than I would have expected.
