I need the bee mount more than any mount ever. No quick, definitive information online about it, so I come here to complain and put my ignorance on display. GIVE ME THE BEE MOUNT! Okay… don’t give it to me just let me get it.

You will need Bumbles the bee pet that comes from a quest chain starting with a rare drop from the bees of Stormsong Valley. That part you can do now (give or take RNG ever deciding to cooperate).

Surprised you missed the info. It’s coming next patch pretty soon. You need the Bumbles bee pet. There’s a questline in Stormsong and a rep grind with the Tidebreak Hive (it should be a farmable grind, not a daily one). At exalted you’ll get the bee mount.
To start it when the patch releases take Bumbles to Barry the Beekeeper near the Mildenhall Meadery flightpath and you’ll get a quest.

Do you happen to know, does it have to be done in the character that initially completed the quests for Bumbles or if it can be any once you have the pet? I don’t remember which one I completed it on 
I am sorry, but if an alliance member has to subject himself to using a horde toon in order to get a horde mount, a horde player can strive and do the same on an ally toon!
Even more than no Kultiras NPC is right to be kind to a Horde member!
After all no Horde NPC cooperates with an ally member!
Either do it with an ally character or dont do it!
Will a 110 boosted alliance be able to do the quest you think?
I said I would.
I’m not totally sure. 
But I think it just requires the pet is all, that makes the most sense. Never heard anything that it has to be done on the same character.

for sure you can get Bumbles with a boosted character. thats how i got it. and with WM on, its easy mode leveling. all i did were the quests needed to unlock the bee quests, did those and the daily for 7 days, with some mining mixed in and my Ally Paladin is lvl 115. there was a good bit of rested xp too tho, i will admit.

As it currently stands in the datamined info the mount is only useable by alliance once learned. There are also a few glyphs that seem to be alliance only as well.
Here is the Bee mount, of note it says its for Alliance Races only
For comparison, Kua’fon does not have this stipulation.

Just so were clear… I want all the things I listed as account wide. My Horde Hunter needs to summon bees at his enemies while riding a bee.
I suggest you accept it for what it is. I know you dont want to. But that’s just how it is right now. However this doesnt mean I dont want horde to have it.
It’s just facts of the current situation.
