….why….why does frost mage have a 3 second AOE stun? I don’t understand, can someone enlighten me?

Probably same reason they thought rogues need cheat death, and now you can bubble with forbearance 
Just don’t stand in it and it doesn’t stun you duh 
Devs only play mages and rogues, so they need to have all the tools and 0 weaknesses.
