lol I was damn near ready to quit wow, and now i cant even play it in windowed mode XD I have a 1070ti 32gb ram i7 8700k cpu and I cant play in windowed mode. I have an ultrawide monitor which is native at 3840x1080, so is your game. For months and im talking 6 months or more there has been no fix for this, ive had to use a command line argument: -windowed to run my game but now everytime i try to load shrink it down to any resolution size i get the same crash with or without the command line argument. This is damn near a 20 year old game, how in gods name can something so simple cant be fixed?
and dont give me no nvidia fix either cuz its not that, its your game
This thread is about gtx 500 series cards. You’ll want to make a new thread with your issue, and I’d include a dxdiag.

If you would like to troubleshoot the issue, could you include a DxDiag file? Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:
