I have thought of an easy fix to get BM aligned with the top 35% percentile with a single simple talent change that you should push to the current PTR of 10.1.5.
A simple change to Thrill of the Hunt: Barbed Shot increases your critical strike chance by 3% for 8 sec. stacking up to three times.
Add 2% attack speed per stack to go with that 3% crit, and we’re in business, won’t break the game like the Ras bow and will bump us up and increase our barb resets, etc etc. Any thoughts?

Sounds reasonable, but don’t expect Blizz to consider it. Not sure they even know hunters still exist. XD
