I’m interested in doing some raiding with this character and making it my “main”. I’ve only really played survival in the past (just for fun).
Correct me if I’m wrong but is the whole rotation for BM essentially keep Frenzy up with Barbed shot and use Kill Command/BW and lower the KC cooldown with Cobra shot? Outside of cobra shot use Multi in terms of AOE?

Essentially, yes. Specifically on Barbed Shot, you want to refresh the DOT/buff just before it expires, ideally within the last second of the bleed/buff. It doesn’t pandemic, so refreshing it as close to expiration as you can (without letting it drop) maximizes uptime. If it does drop (which does happen, we don’t have the crit chance to maintain full uptime anymore), wait until you have 2 charges or just before you get the second charge back before you start a new bleed.
However, if you have the Scent of Blood talent (recommended atm, iirc) make sure you use all of your Barbed Shot charges before using Bestial Wrath. It’s less of a DPS loss to waste the Bestial Wrath CDR than to waste the Barbed Shot charge restoration from Scent of Blood.
Specifically on Cobra Shot, you want to make sure you don’t starve Kill Command for focus, since you want to cast it as soon as it’s up ever time. Last I knew, the general guidance is only to cast Cobra if you’re about to cap focus or if Kill Command has more than ~2s left on its cooldown, and it’s obviously lower priority than about anything else.
