One of my characters is a level 60 Hunter in the Beast Mastery class and I am trying to figure out how to tame Feathermanes, Undead and specifically Hati. Can anyone help me? I’ve tried to look up guides but they are very unhelpful. They say I have to do certain quest lines but do not tell me how to get to those quest lines. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have a Hunter alt but don’t know the quests enough to provide help with them.
That said i do have a macro that you may find helpful for finding specific pets. It turns your Barbed shot spell into a targeting macro for whatever mob you are looking for when you aren’t in combat. It even puts a notice in the middle of the screen so you can’t miss that you’ve finally found it.

Just replace Gondria with whatever mob you actually want to find.
To tame feathermanes you need to get a book from someone that is only available after you do your class story in legion. As far as undead pets go it is also a skill you need to learn unless you are an undead hunter. I have not heard about how to do that yet as I parked my hunter for a bit. May want to ask in hunter forums as they will probably know where to get the undead pet taming

Hati is the Spark of Genius quest line.
The book that teaches you how to tame undead pets (not needed if you’re a forsaken hunter) can drop from mobs in Maldraxus or any of the Maldraxus dungeons (Theater of Pain, Plaguefall).
The Feathermane taming book requires going through the Legion Hunter Class Quests, which you can start by taking the portal in Stormwind or Ogrimar to the Legion Version of Dalaran in the Broken Isles (there’s also a portal to Aszuna which is nearby). Once in Dalaran, just walk around and an NPC should appear shortly and give you the quest to get started on that chain.
