I’m not sure which law, but i’m sure there’s a lot of beard related laws in dwarven society. Or he is very sick and dying.

I agree. This is against some law somewhere.

He obviously suffered from lice and had to shave it off. He is currently waiting to grow it back.

Beardless dwarves are known as “gnomes”. And yes, they are violating the law, and deserve to be punished.

Beardless Dwarf? Uh oh looks like someone shaved a dwarf while the dwarf was sleeping. I could hear angry dwarf screams and yelling. You got one mad dwarf on your hands now.

Rule #2: Never shave a dwarf. Unless you want a angry dwarf.

The trade off should be all male races should bushey Mountain man beards

One nice thing about Covid is that most people shaved off those ridiculous beards so they could wear a mask.
