How do I beat this as an arms warrior. I just got EZ Clapped by a tank druid and an hpal in 2s.

Same. Didnt even know bear druid was a thing in 2s. Not gonna lie bros. twas rough. the passive healing and dmg a bear does is bonkers. glad i didnt face them again.

After like two months not playing I queued up some arena with my destro lock friend to have some fun around 2k-2.1kmmr. Ran into WW/Guardian/RDruid… between iron bark, reverse harm, karma and yseras gift passive healing the monk is neigh impossible to kill. Then some how the bear Druid is pumping out more damage than the monk through brambles/moonfire/essences.
Like that basically make me question why is PvE trinkets even enabled in arena. Then it made me question why are tank specs still allowed in arena. I don’t think I have ever played when tank specs were good and thought, wow that was engaging and skilled gameplay. This goes all the way back to the disgusting WotLK ATC comps and double healer prot pala.

Arena should only be rmx and melee trains. Problem solved

Have a screenshot of a Guardian in 2’s running feral aff/master shapeshifter doing 2x the damage of my SV Hunter as well. Game sucks.

I think the majority can agree there is a lot of wiggle room between only RMX, turbo vs. Druid tanks being live lords in team comps.
If I were the dev in charge of pvp, I would make tanks become brawler type specs in pvp. Make them a little more tanky than most melee, a little more disruptive, but lowered dps, heals. Probably not the best kill target but can’t survive just sitting in form either.
The easy thing to do is just not allow tanks in rated arena, but it feels antithetical to not allow your spec into a part of a MMO. So for now some targeted pvp nerfs are warranted.

The only tank i have a major issue with is prot pally because they function as a 2nd healer. But if you can make a tank viable, why not?

I’d think going after heals as arms and cleaving might be the way to go. As long as your heals can go for drinks. You should be able to win during dampening with mortal strike.

They’re obnoxious and you can’t punish them unless you’re doing % based attacks.
