I have been trying to finish the Adventurer of Azsuna achievement and the last NPC is Beacher. It’s been a week of checking every day, but Beacher never shows up.

I have the same issue in that the mist from the Kvaldir never goes away. I have completed all Legion quests, cleared all worldquests, and done adventure achievements (all rares) in zones.
Still missing, checking for 3 days straight with no luck. The mist does not go away, so the rare can’t spawn.
RIP achievement.
Same issue here after several days.
