you are the best kind of healer
Also, if you notice he is healing himself 99 percent of the time, perhaps you should do is all a favor and do a better job peeling for him. Learn your job as a dps…
that really depends, if i’m spending all my time peeling for the healer, im spending no time putting pressure on the enemy healer or taking objectives. the healer needs to help himself out when it comes to peeling. dps can help occasionally, but if a healer just wants to stand there and demand the dps peel for him, then he’s a bad healer.
To a certain degree I agree with this. Healers should be self sufficient enough to have some “oh crap!” macros set up, and use their defensive abilities as best they can. What burns my cookies, is when i’m getting beat on and the DPS runs right past me and then complains they got no heals.
This is amazing. I kind of want to do this even while I’m not in a BG. Everyone is going to be so confused next time I go to the transmog building.
One dps kept telling me “Go KYS” and he kept getting angrier when I said “You spelled ‘kiss’ wrong - and you only get a kiss if you peel for me.”
Then if heals cry dps should stop Dpsing? Your logic is a little messed. Play to win.
This right here sums up the story of my life
Just make sure to heal the PROT WARRIOR first and foremost.
Because the Prot Warrior needs it more than any other tank…
you sicken me. you shouldnt be allowed to queue as healer. such massive levels of WEAKNESS in this thread
Lol ok bud i see you just go sit down pls idk why you seem so angry
weak like a wet paper bag
What lol
I always make sure I heal Hunter pets (and Druids who are also Hunter pets).
Eh, speaking from someone that main’d BM for a lot of rated pvp for dpsing, healing pets is a waste and not necessary. Mana is much better saved or allocated elsewhere. I would not want a healer worrying about my pet out of all else going on.
Un-cc the pets if possible? Sure. A cc’d pet is a pain esp with CDs down on breaking it.
But BM has a good toolkit to keep up consistent heals on their pet as well as other emergency heals. Worst case scenario as well you Rez your pet back which is easily being range and also having a lot to kite or slow.
To OP,
Sounds like a typical day in bgs as a healer.
It’s probably not your first encounter and it’s not going to be your last.
You either got to shrug off the ignorant players or stick to running with a group either from your guild or friend’s list. Personally the latter is preferred because you’re going to be much more coordinated anyhow.
If you’re using bgs for leveling toons (something I do especially on heals), I find making friends with someone else in the same bracket (if a fellow healer then even better since they’ll relate more) makes it more tolerable because you can whisper about the stupidity along the way.
Good luck.
That was said in jest.
Ah, well that’s a relief.
I honestly don’t put it past people because some do have that expectation lul.
lol the lQ score required to play a warrior => 0.1 - half of it is for crying in BGs
