Open free transfers on Incendius to get rid of queue.
leave free transfers open for weeks .
have samething happen to netherwind.
don’t layer, don’t reopen free transfers, make people sit through queue

Open free xfers on Stalagg/Skeram to HS.
Leave open for weeks even as servers become extremely imbalanced, don’t cap factions.
Stop xfers for a while, then when p2 happens open it up again, but still don’t cap faction until thousands more leave, finally cap once balance is 80/20 for Horde.
Nobody cares because it didn’t affect their own server. Some Alliance remain, trying to fight but the odds are too skewed and the economy is brutalized- eventually, those left all have to either quit or take PCTs out.
Months later- community somehow acts surprised Blizz did this again, but most of them seem to think for some reason this is the first time it’s happened.
