Yeah, this is super puzzling. Are these survivability nerfs spec specific, or is blood just nerfed in season 2?
They just changed the note. Says for frost and unholy now but knowing blizz, its still gonna get nerfed for blood on release i bet…

You do know that BDK is the most played and most parsed tank in the entire game making up like 35% of tank population.
