Where can we turn in the Tier 6 tokens for PvP gear? It’s currently not available inside of Hyjal.

So far…

After Season 3 is complete, the discount on Season 3 gear will be increased to 60% (was 50%). → Well, you did thanks, but also returned the previous mark costs of off-pieces too. Did you copy and paste a string from previous data and changed the honor value only?
Developers’ notes: This should allow for players who reached the cap of 5,000 Arena Points to buy their set and a two-hand weapon, or their set and main hand and an offhand item.

  • Tier 6 tokens will now be exchangeable for Season 3 gear. → Not yet at Hyjal, unlike previous tier tokens, its only at Isle ARMORY (which is a gated content with server dailies if it progresses in the same manner as Original TBC. This is several weeks away, and a very incorrect and confusing use of the word “Now,” as suggested in the OP Post; giving a false impression of what is reality. FYI the name of the vendor is Soryn and is in the 2nd floor of the Sun’s Reach Armory.)
  • The Arena Points calculation has been updated to reduce the disparity of weekly Arena Points earned between different ratings. → No Change. We received the exact same arena points as we would have with previous calculation for the given rating.
  • Developers’ note: All Arena players should see an increase in points earned, and those at lower ratings should see a higher increase.

These changes will occur during maintenance and will affect the final Season 3 calculations that take place this week (tomorrow, May 3 in this region). → Well, it really didn’t… When you say you are making a change, people expect it. I was literally 47 arena points short off of buying a 2h weapon after buying my armor pieces, which I thought won’t be an issue as the increase in arena points with the new calculation should carry.

There’s no possible way they could have screwed this up too! Right…right?

I guess it’s a fitting cherry on top of them ruining the length of the best season in TBC.

Same, 25 points from my MH. I’m just holding out hoping they will fix it soon.

so disappointing, didnt get my shoulders, only my weapon
i played the entire season

Weird, I played the whole season @around 1500 rating and got literally every piece + weapon + ranged slot. Are you sure you played the whole season?

Don’t worry, the belt remained exactly the same in honor and marks, and bracers got reduced with no marks needed to buy. Everything’s going exactly as planned.

yes, i did, every single week. and around 1600ish most of it

I bought the helm and chest during season and saved points from then on, left me with 4.3k to spend after the discounts. Should have banked your points up, been like this every season so far.

i bought most of my gear during the season because i was playing it(my portrait is not updated, right now i have 4/5 vengeful gear with merc shoulders, vengeful weapon, merc throw weapon and offpieces)
you were rewareded for not playing it as intended
as much as i dont care, i would rather you to have full gear so you feel motivated to play
fact is, i should be full geared because i played the season as it should be played.
dont bring the you should forsee it thing because thats bs

Every season has ended like this, you dont spend points till you’re bumping up against cap. The previous seasons gear is plenty good enough to compete.

Why did bracers have the mark cost removed, and boots restored back to the original 40 with no discount of honor?

I think they made a mistake.

Was really banking on the extra few points that were promised in the patch notes…

You’ll be able to trade T6 tokens in for S3 when the Isle of Quel’danas releases, as the vendor is there.

Now, does not mean in 2 weeks. Let’s get someone who knows what there talking about to chime in, i.e. a blue post. Thanks for nothing though.

It seems wildly misleading to say it’s going to be “in” after maintenance but it’s not actually accessible until weeks after, long past the off-season week that grants a very unique window of time to purchase arena gear with points that get wiped.
