Since prepatch is coming out the 18th. That leaves us with only two weeks till BC drops. We should have at least a month so we can get our alts leveled up and ready for launch. Especially for BE and Draenei alts.

Possability of a petition to move the prepatch foward a week to the 11th. Been arround since original BC, highly doubt this would ever get any traction, but one can only hope!

I believe they aren’t allowing boosting for Draenei or BE’s at least as far as I know.

/shrug Hire a mage? I agree I’d like more than two weeks, but we were never able to play the new races/classes before the x-pac launched so I’m grateful for that and that I will have more free time than I did when classic launched.
We want the pre patch now!! Not the 18th… its literally so much content that we can work on prior to a launch… this makes 0 SENSE FOR A 2 WEEK PATCH WHEN THE OLD ONE WAS 4 WEEKS.
Well that would definitely give us more prepatch time.

It’s funny. In the vanilla to BC transition, pre-patch was a little over a month. When Blizzard later came out and said they wanted to give people time to level belves/space gotes, any reasonable person would assume it would be as long or longer. But no. Shorter. Just two weeks.

It is a surprise theyre only giving 2 weeks from prepatch to release when this week would have made more sense for people to prepare.

Yeah Blizz has a tendency to provide naught but broken promises and broken mechanics these days. Truly was once a better company.

I agree 100%. I wanted to be able to actually enjoy leveling my belf paladin but looks like I won’t have as much time as I had hoped. Guess it’ll be dungeon boosting from my mage friend instead…RIP.
We knew pre patch was coming soon but there was no way to know, besides speculation and leaked images, when the actual release would be. OP wasn’t complaining about release being too soon rather pre patch being too short.
I put my vacation time in for the first week of june, so please dont change
