I’m no longer able to scroll through a whisper chat box that I have opened outside of the game, with b net up. I can’t find any setting that changes this. Has anyone come across this issue before? Reinstalling battlenet doesn’t fix this and only just started occurring with the past week or two. The option to scroll is just gone, and if I click on a friend’s name to open a new chat it sometimes opens it in the middle of our chat history, so I can’t even send them a new message unless I’m inside of a game.

Having the below setting checked off seems to be causing this issue with the chat boxes, which is annoying because I’ve had this setting enabled for the entirety of battlenet being available.
“Automatically create pop-out windows for new chats”
