Battlenet logs into wrong account now

Since last week my battlenet always logs into a fake account on my battlenet account called wow1. I never made this account. I never upgraded it at all. it appeared in legion i think? It was never a problem though. I would click play from the launcher and battlenet would log me into my account silentxthreat. Now it always tries to log into wow1 though.

I tried to delete the account through delete starter account links. I put in tickets to fix the issue US95185081 but they wont help me saying they cant delete it and told me the only option is delete my whole account?? what kind of cs is that.

asking here now for advice from the community or a real gm for help. I just want to click play and play. not have to relog out and type my whole account in.

Simplest way is to look at your config file in battle.net folder.
Just look for your email in the file.
You could rename the file config-old and restart battle.net then put in your email and password again. That if you have battle.net aways keep you logged in.

Or
Click on beta in battle.net … Then restart computer.
If that fixes the issue…you can revert to normal battle.net
