Some customers are not seeing the banner in our battle.net launchers that provides information on planned server downtime or maintenance. Previous to the past few weeks my launcher would display these notices, but now they’ve been missing the last two Tuesdays.
Apparently I’m not the only one who has had this problem: Maintenance Banner - #3 by Rockdwarf-malygos There was also discussion over on Reddit from others with the same problem.
Obviously I’d like to see the banner again in my launcher instead of having to go elsewhere to figure out plans for server downtime.
