Battlenet Launcher can’t connect from China after last weeks DDOS attack. If I connect to a VPN I can connect using the Battlenet launcher with no problems and play the game normally. Seems like the launcher is blocking IP’s in China.
Any other Southeast Asia players have this problem?

Didn’t Blizzard end their partnership with China and suspend all services for Chinese players? Maybe this is intended.

It is 100% intended as the partnership with the Chinese company has ended. Both parties got greedy based on the statements both companies have put out.
yes, I am experiencing the same problem. I don’t believe it is intended. If it was intended by blizzard, they would have done it in January.
We never played on Chinese servers. I have always connected to the NA servers from China without a problem until last week.
Issue resolved. After April 18 maintenance I can now use the battlenet launcher to connect to NA servers from China. I am in game now.
