Battle.net keeps redownloading patch & nukes my addons

Right, so this is an INCREDIBLY frustrating issue I’ve come across. With the latest patch, Battle.net keeps re-downloading the same 104.25 GB patch. In addition, it completely wipes out my addons and all associated data - as a Moon Guard player who spends half my time doing RP (not in Goldshire, get your head out of the gutter) it’s a kick to the stomach to have my RP addon and paragraphs worth of info per character wiped out, and THEN having every attempt to rebuild it wiped again because Battle.net keeps re-installing the same patch.

Given my download speed is capping at about 50MB/s, I’d really like not having to wait half an hour every time I fire it up to play WoW.

Not sure exactly of your problem. My game has been giving me trouble tonight as well so I re-installed it. Didn’t really work.

But 104.25GB is the whole game file. Not a patch. Dunno what your Bnet launcher is trying to do.

Trying to fill up me hard drive, apparently. I had a warning I was running out of Disc space and had to delete these weird extra folders in my Battle.net folder.
