Reposting this here because it seems to come down to a mobile issue with the app now. Full history -
Went away for a few hours and came back logged out of the battle.net launcher. Try to log in and it tells me to authenticate. Go to my phone and it got logged out of battle.net app. I try to log into the battle.net app on my phone and it tells me to “Enter a code from your authenticator device”. My battle.net app on my phone IS the authenticator device. Help … please …
Edit: OK so I figured out a way to get in. Go to “enter code manually”. wait till it starts a new cycle and copy the verification number. Back out and go login and paste the number and it gets me in. Except now it just my overall accountinfo. My friends list isnt there. It just looks like the battle.net account info page on the website.
Plus it wont keep me logged in. I have to do this roundabout copy/paste every time on my phone.
