I’m unable to login to the new battle.net app after uninstalling the authenticator. It just spins on “Still Connecting…” and then says something went wrong and prompts me to login again, repeat.
I’ve tried reinstalling the app but the issue still persists.
I have am using a Google Pixel 8.

Just had some fun with this today. I hope I can help someone else now that the deadline to convert is almost here.
– Your default browser on your device MUST be set to “Chrome”. Nothing else will work. The app and the Blizzard help documents DO NOT MENTION THIS ANYWHERE.
– You must disable ALL ad-blockers and malware blockers on your device during the initial conversion process. My culprit was Adblock Plus. Nowhere is this mentioned in the support documents.
– If it is remains stuck on “Still Connnecting…” go into your device App Manager and clear all Cache and Data/Stored Data from the Battle.net app AND from Chrome.
This was all done on an old Samsung S7 but I did get it to work after hours of messing around with the settings. I hope it helps someone else.

Thank you for posting this. It’s been 7 hours of trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong, and your suggestions fixed my problem.
