Hello all. I’ve been trying to attach an authenticator to my account for quite some time now. Since the old app has been replaced by Battle.net. Battle.net mobile app on my iphone14 Pro will not connect, period.
I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled numerous times.
Tried connecting on my cellular network, wifi with vpn , without vpn. I’ve also tried on various other wifi networks, even from another state. Nothing. The app simply will not progress past " Hmm something went wrong. " I’ve changed my account password as part of my trouble shooting ideas, still nothing.
My iOS is fully updated.
Does anyone have any other ideas on how I can get this frustrating app to connect? I’ve never had issues with an app like this before.
