Blizzard was told countless times why this wouldn’t work. You no longer have servers of 3000 people. Battlegrounds cannot wait until February.

HELL NO. Don’t even implement battlegrounds ever. Keep world pvp alive and strong as the only way for honor. We’ve been doing the same battlegrounds for 15 years…aren’t you sick of it yet??

what about Alterac Valley, horde and alliance pvp mounts, and the dishonorable kill trolling?
Battlegrounds are likely coming in about a month. Keyring is being patched in before the end of the year, Battlegrounds will probably be patched in at the same time.
Agreed. Releasing honor and no BG’s is really dumb. It just makes doing anything other than fighting the opposite faction complete cancer.

Honestly, I thought people were joking when they told me BG’s weren’t in at launch. Doesn’t make any sense to time gate a popular aspect of the game for super arbitrary reasons.
So yeah. I want them asap too. But not necessarily because I care that much about phase 2, I just want to do BG’s because they’re fun and it would break up the monotony of spamming chat for instance groups.

Well bgs weren’t added when honor system and world pvp in classic days, it makes since they delay it to phase 3

BG’s were added about 6 months after the first servers came up.
Less than half of the servers launched in Vanilla were available in the beginning.
I know everyone on the forums claims they were playing WoW Alpha back in 2003, but the actual truth is that the overwhelming majority of players that played Vanilla WoW, started after World PvP and BG’s were already released.
BG’s aren’t going to ruin World PvP at all… except that you might not have as much of the 40v40 raid PvP going on that you see currently.

over 400 people in just southshore trying to do anything has a 5 second delay and a lot of teleporting people, They need BGs to keep the servers stable, this is just crap.

Luckily for you, Incendius has free xfers to realms with smaller population you can currently take advantage of.
