anyone else notice a massive amount of bots and or afk players just not giving a damn and throwing the game on purpose lately ? this i don’t give a crap attitude and then queueing into team content is frustrating for the people actually attempting to play objectively 
really ruins the fun in the game with these kinds of people. Unfortunately i guess blizzard can’t or won’t do anything about it though, Just a rant.

Missing the queue is one thing i mean the people that will sit in the base without moving or die in the initial team fight and then just hide the rest of the match pretty much guarantees a loss.
They’re terrible… I lost a game where our Resto Druid went to LH, and sat there the entire game. He didn’t ninja, he didn’t join any team fights… He just stayed at LH spam healing himself.
Dude was Honor Level 37.
I knew it was gg when I saw that. But I don’t mind the losses - it’s the queue times. If the queue times were 5 minutes - I’d do Blitz nonstop… win or lose. It’s my favorite mode. I cannot do those 15-20 min queue times.

It’s atrocious. I am doing 5 or 6 ranked matches on rivals before my blitz queue pops. WoW is about to be on the chopping block for me. Not even worth using gold to pay a monthly sub.

Here is one, I played on my alt and my team healer did not heal at all but himself. This was in Temple with the orbs and he literally went to the corner and started healing himself. What would you call that? Win trading for the enemy team?
What you can do is just report away, Blizzard won’t care. Win trading is a real thing going on and many posters deny this. They might be in on it too. By the way there are streamers who even showcase it with their buddies. Some got 3k rating.

I agree, I have tried to play it as the holy priest no problem healing you, no one wants to protect me so sometimes I can’t heal anyone because I’m saving me. Then the game goes so fast you don’t have time to report anyone for just doing nothing. This new attitude we’re gonna lose anyway why do anything at all bothers me. I like playing blitz but the other people they either want their cookies hot with milk or they aren’t moving.
It’s hard to play blitz these days.

thats blizzard atrocious bad quing system for you, its a plague across all there games, put in 0 effort to weed out players like that, balance the game, make sure the roles are even etc etc but again this has been a issue since the creation of Queing its always been horrible.

Yes I have noticed people straight up AFKing like in a temple, this hunter did 10k damage the whole game and was just sitting there, of course we lost. He was MM so could’ve pumped. So frustrating losing rating because of stuff like this

Last night, I saw a ret say he’d sit at the lighthouse, but he didn’t actually cap it. He’s a 3k exp player. In a wsg, a balance druid did 7m damage, he’s a multi-gladiator. It’s likely that some people are botting, helping friends, or doing something shady.
But hey, Blitz is a type of random battleground, and it’s still a lot better than the traditional ones. So I guess it’s tolerable, though maybe Blizzard could tweak it to be more like a random battleground with fewer rewards, so it feels different from regular rated pvp and less people will cheat.

I Tried to play Battleground Blitz the last few days with my dpriest that has a gear level of 677. I’ve been as high as 2400 ratings in 2’s 3’s and RBG’s. The last xpac we had to deal with boosters in RBGs to get by that road block at 2k once you got by it wins got easier before they got harder again, This Battleground blitz is completey broken. Your setting in ques over and over again so boosters are matching que times. Its pretty obvious. Im sitting at 1100 rating with a game ratio of 5-15. Most of these losses come from the other healer throwing the games, with a few other dps that refuse to play or do any kind of damage. This clearly wind trading going on. I should make youtube video so people actually see what is going on right now in this game. My advice is to everyone is boycot the Battleground Blitz and go back to playing RBGs untill blizzards realizes that there games and ratings are getting controlled by paided websites. There is some boosting still going on in RBGs right now, its not as bad as it was last xpac if your after ratings. Dont stoop to that level where you have to go to a paid site to achieve ratings or buying a bot from Aimsharp just to pvp and get ratings. Blizzard needs to start doing there jobs and fix there game, before there is no pvp left in the game. This game and become a bussiness for websites now, its pretty sad to see this game go to crap.

Yeah it is crazy that they made Blitz rated content. It is worse that random BG’s most of the time
The sub 1300-1400 games are unfortunately. In normal random bgs, you at least get a cross section of players who know what’s going on with some noobies. But what happens when you constantly take the worst players and distill them down further and further…? You end up with a bg full of people who quite literally have no idea what’s happening. Given that the starting MMR places you higher than this, these groups don’t even get an infusion of decent players.
Something needs to change with lower MMR matches. Likely need to have an MMR floor that you can’t dip below.

I dipped down to 850 MMR on my disc priest after going 1-9 in placements. Mixture of bad luck, bad gear and bad gameplay on my end.
You would not believe the things I saw it just became funny at a certain point…

Yep. Same thing happened to me on my boomkin. I was like 2-12 or something. I dipped to be 900-1000 a couple times. The games were immeasurably awful.
Kinda like this one… If you look down at the bottom, there is a priest and dk sitting in our flag room. About halfway in to the game, the disc had no healing and the dk had no damage. I asked them what they were doing and they said they were defending the flag.
…
I said we needed their help and I needed a healer with me so I could run the flag. The DK chimed in and said I didn’t know what I was talking about and they needed to watch the flag. Meanwhile, no one was running the flag but me and I was dying before I could even get to a healer. I told them they can’t just afk in the flag room the entire game and expect to win. DK said higher up that’s how they played the game.

I could at least see the logic of the DK wanting to stay in the flag room. Like okay, they might be thinking they can slow and deathgrip and generally waste the enemy fc’s time so it’s harder for them to get out of the room with the flag, but what was that priest even thinking? Are they going to heal the enemy fc to death or something?

Low mmr eye of the storm games are like a big top circus show. People running flags to the other teams tower, capping when they hold 2 towers, fighting at dead towers, etc. Hurts my soul to witness it.
