50,000 seems a bit high for essence rank 3. I heard rank 4 was suppose to be the hard one to get, as a raider and a non pvp player this essence is one of my best, and to be locked behind 50,000 from bgs seems too much.

50k was fine. We have another bg honor event in 2 weeks.
I went from 5k to 50k in about 3 weeks just doing a few epic battlegrounds per day. It’s not that bad. You get close to 800-1000 honor from an epic.
