I still think encouraging the use of tickets in this case isn’t doing anyone any good =/ Just submit a bug report/post in the big forums and it will go directly to the people who can actually fix this situation instead of bogging down people who can’t do anything about it.

It’s not just one pet but it appears to be a common trend with either store or collector’s edition items. The dragon wings from the DF collector’s edition had gone missing for a lot of people, and the dread hatchling is the second instance of someone’s collector’s edition items going missing.

They brought the mount when there was a special before it was removed and also got the pet in the special offer.
I went through my transaction history, just out of curiosity…it doesn’t spell out “Warlords of Draenor” but it lists something like “Digital Upgrade” for $69.99 on March 12, 2014 (which is 2 days after WoD pre-orders went on sale).
Check your achievements area it will be listed there if you where award it, th pet area of these forums has picture of what it would look like in your list. If you brought WoD deluxe ed then look in your pet list it will be there but you won’t be able to summon it.
I think it’s quite literally impossible to buy a collectors edition version of an older expansion, like I said, I never brought it, I would know what I spend my money on. That’s when I brought the mount, just the mount, only the mount, nothing but the mount.
And the pet as well. Not impossible to buy the old CE people do it all the time. Just costs a lot is all. You have the mount and the pet.

they also were selling the digital items from some of the older CE’s, thats probably what you bought as it seems you have the achievement for it.
i dont believe theyve sold the CE mounts by themselves, they sold them in bundles.
Than point me in the direction on the Blizzard store where I can buy an older CE?
There are currently four collectors edition mounts on the store, none of them come with pets. Pretty sure none of them in the past ever did either. Don’t you find it quite strange that I remember only buying the mount, and am missing only 2 collectors edition mounts, but have only one of the pets which has now been revoked?

They don’t and as far as I can remember have never sold the collectors edition pets on the store alone, with or without a bundle unless you buy the collectors edition.
I’m telling you now, I brought only the mount, the pet being given to me was not part of what I brought. And now being revoked would be why, I should never have had it.

Three CE mounts that you can still buy currently from the store.
You can’t buy them directly from Blizzard anymore. You can however buy unopened CEs from private sellers that bought them from when Blizzard DID sell them and then apply that to your account and get all the goodies associated with it. You could even buy the base Vanilla CE as there are still unopened copies floating around out there although it will cost quite a few thousands of dollars if you want that particular one.

Looks like I got a robo-reply. The typical “we are busy so look in these other places.” At I could send a reply with a snip showing the (lvl 25) pet greyed out and revoked.
This is likely where you got the pet. If you’re unsure if you purchased this, you can probably submit a ticket to check or look through transaction history.
