Battle Pet Bingo - Can't loot/people mounting over pet

There’s a ton of people trying to loot the pet for this anniversary quest ‘Battle Pet Bingo’ but only one person can loot at a time. There’s a good 25+ people, horde and alliance, all trying to loot. Since this is not a bug, what do you suggest? I can’t stand here all day and hope I’m the chosen one.

The other problem is people purposely mounting right over the pet. I reported one person already but I can’t report everyone who does this (sadly, it’s a problem).

EDIT: Now someone put an anima hoard right on top. It just keeps getting better. Take a fun event and the community makes it miserable.

Use the Interact With Target function.

Press your ESC key, click Options – the setting is found under Controls.

Then just choose which keybind you wish to use for it.

If you have the “Eyes Only For You” toy, I strongly recommend using it.  It’ll change everyone else (from your PoV) to be little floating hearts and help narrow down where the spider is.

@Kyzera: It can be useful, but Interact With Target may not work depending on the sorts of toys the online trolls put down in the area.
