I was unable to download the recent patch so i tried to re-install the launcher and now i am stuck at 45%. I have tried all the support articles i have found, deleting the blizzard and battlenet files, tried different internet. All to no avail, is there anything im missing?

Having a similar issue with downloading the patch. Its downloading, but the server is extremely slow atm. Its downloading at like 15 kb/s only.

I’m having the same issue patch is installing at a ridiculously slow rate and I"m on a 1Gb fiber connection. I have even verified that bandwidth limit is off.

an update from yesterday. I talked to 4 GMs through tickets and was only ever directed here to find a solution lol. very helpful of them.

That would be the limitation of a web ticket, they really can’t help with install issues even in the past though. Hopefully some of the articles they sent you will have enough information to advise how to proceed, or you can reach out to a local tech who can help.
Usually you can check things like OS, PC security or disk health and space to see if something is not aligning to allow you to install.

this insanely slow update is unbelievable.
I’ve tried everything to fix the 12kb/s on my PC.

restart pc - nope
end task, relaunch app - nope
delete %programdata% files per support article suggestion - nope
reinstall bnet launcher - nope
connection - 929d/269u
cpu - Ryzen 5 5500
ram - 64gb corsair vengeance ddr4 3200
storage drive - samsung 860 evo 6gb/s 1tb (518gb free)
windows drive - 1tb samsung 980 pro m.2
initializing barely made it to 89mb/163.23mb in half an hour.
auto-update OFF on all games
Run As Administrator - nothing changed.

Same thing is happening to me. It gives me error BLZBNTAGT00000841 and says to login under admin. I logged out of BNet, opened task manager and closed out of the Battle.Net update agent, ran the launcher as admin and then logged in again.
Still doesn’t work and getting the same error.
EDIT: I repaired the game files and that seems to have worked.

I’m having similar issues here. I can get to about 29%, then it will bomb out and gives me error code “BLZBNTBTB0000004A”.
What are you trying to install on?
I’m still having problems downloading the Battle.net Agent. It hangs at about 29%. The error message I received was BLZBNTBTS0000004A.
