Battle.net Launcher.exe - Entry Point Not Found

I just played WOW last night. When logging on now I receive the following:

Battlenet Launcher.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point RegOpenUsezClassesRoot could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\System32\combase.dll.

Any help resolving this would be appreciated. Prior to this I had no other updates. I am on Windows 10. I also cannot uninstall, reinstall, or run the .exe in the game folder as the same message keeps popping up.

I would first try reinstalling the Bnet app:
