Authenticator just doesnt work never get a notification on phone for it tried detaching it but cant retach authenticator cant use the serial number cause the page wont load cause its stuck on error page it has option to disable it buts its already disabled idkwtf to do blizzard isnt really helping saying its on my end but its clearly their servers or something ive uninstalled and reinstalled app but nothing just waiting for my account to get hacked at this point if it ever does.
They’ve made the authenticator part of the battle.net app now. You need to download that.
Ya i have the battle net app installed but i cant get anything out of the authenticator on it when I try to reattach the Authenticator it basically just sends me to a page to install the app but I already have the app installed when I go to the authenticator through the app it gives me the option to disable it (already disabled) but when I press disable it says oops something went wrong and the serial number page says they’re having difficulty retrieving content from our servers please try again but every time I hit retry it just doesn’t do anything it just feels like I’m in a loop that I can’t get anything out of
You should post in the customer support area. Only players read this sub forum.

OK, that was difficult to read as a single sentence but…
Check for updates, sometimes they won’t automatically update. That’s for the phone software and apps.
