Hello, I’m creating this topic for a friend. He stopped playing approx. 4 years ago and has since forgotten/lost access to the email he had used. I attempted to veiw his account under my “friend’s” tab in the WOW social tab. (which used to show the battle.net account email) however this no longer shows the information we have been searching for. He has attempted to contact blizzard using a new account and they have yet to respond.
He used the email account that he believed to be the correct one and got a “We can’t find that Blizzard Account.” message. Which is different from the typical, invalid user name or password, message which would be expected.
If anyone has any information that could assist us in resolving this issue, I would be grateful for it.
