Hey guys! does anyone know how to get the Blood Elf version of this item from the trading post? There was no option to choose the color scheme when I brought it so I need to know now how to get it. There was even a post on wowhead with other color options, etc called ‘‘Trading Post Class Set Recolors - Evoker, Hunter, Mage and Shaman’’ where you see it. Thks 
It’s not yet available in game. We can only speculate where, when and how it will be obtained.
It might come to the trading post in a few months, it might be added to the new gold sink vendor (I think this is a distinct possibility), or the very unlikely-- it could even come to the game shop.

The precedent set so far is that the gold sink vendor will carry recolors of Trading Post goods, so this feels like the least surprising outcome.
