Any one else having problems with this add on ? Its full updated even uninstall and reinstalled. Its just not showing up when i go into a BG

I have that enable clicked ,. I only use it in 10-15 mans . have tried toggle on and off off a few times with no dice. It will show the player count number where it usually is but bars of players are not there
