Are the rewards from the zone battle weekly? because I just completed the battle, had the debuff saying I’d get a reward, but battle ended and nothing happened. All I have to show for it is a new debuff saying I cant get rewards for an hour.
yeah wondering this too, I thought we would get a reward each time we won but I haven’t gotten anything but the debuff the last few times I have won
Same for me. Won twice (after my initial win I got rewards for). My friends who I played with for the first two got rewards both times, but I only got the rewards the first. I had the debuff indicating that I had contributed both times I got no rewards. (and received the 1 hour unable to participate debuff)
I’m also curious to this because I just completed my second victory and got nothing… yet the debuff makes it seem like we should get rewards every battle if we participate.

When you kill members of the opposing faction during the event, it makes you eligible for rewards. If I recall correctly, once the event is over, you will see a quest turn in (if you killed at least one opposing faction member). That quest turn in rewards Nazjatar Battle Commendation. This is an item in your bags, which can be exchanged at a vendor in your faction’s hub in Nazjatar.
Winning Faction: 50 Conquest, Nazjatar Battle Commendation x5
Losing faction: 20 Conquest, Nazjatar Battle Commendation x2

Where do you get this “/pvp-event-battle-for-nazjatar” quest ?
And what use are commendations ??
It’s like a world quest. You get it automatically during the event, if you are in the zone. The commendations are used to buy items. I see a mount, essence, 2 toys, and a pet. The vendor also sells patterns for marks of honor .

The battle just started now, FYI.
This is different from the PvP event where you need to hold the flags and get to 3000 ?
The one for 100 conquest? If I’m not mistaken, that’s a one time quest you get from the hub when you first arrive.

There is also a one-time PvP World Quest, 
PvP Event: Battle for Nazjatar, that requires you to kill enemies. This quest can be completely entirely from killing NPCs, and awards 
Nazjatar Battle Commendation x8, as well as 500 Reputation with the Waveblade Ankoan or the Unshackled. You’re not required to kill an enemy and obtain 
Eligible for Rewards to complete this quest.
Ok now I am not sure if I did that one or not . Will check when I am able to get back in the game . I did the flag PvP thing ( the 100 conquest one and the battle for Nazjatar achievement ) and the 25 alliance kill quest . I don’t think I did any other PvP quest but maybe I already did it without knowing . My quest bar was really full
Just won a close match. 50 conquest, 10 manapearls, & 5 commendations added to bag automatically. No turn in requirement.
You can get the reward for battle completion daily (50 conquest, some pearls, some commendations). The quest where you fill up the bar though (5% per other faction pvp kill or killing guards at the flags) seems to be weekly.
Yes, was about to say, there was no quest turn in. It should be automatic, making me think either the 2nd reward onset(3rd 4th 5th) is bugged or nonexistant
