Make a guess.

N'zoth with Lorewalker Cho's head
Throughout the expansion, we notice Saurfang's shoulders and Anduin's chin both gradually growing larger.

Once they have reached exponential rates of growth, it will be revealed that Old Gods were possessing them all along.

We will then work together to fight the monstrosity of the WRYNNCHIN and SHOULDERFANG to free them of the evil influence and save Azeroth at last.

Also something about Nomi being the one to burn Teldrassil and us confronting him for igniting a war between the Horde and Alliance.

N'zoth. No doubt. All this hype about building up big naval fleets with Zandalar and Kul'tiras.

We roll up to the Maelstorm with our fancy new ships ready to tear each other apart, then N'zoth rises from the deeps.
some "no name" enemy that we dont care much about. or maybe it'll be an alliance leader this time.

What if.... its just a massive battle with thousands of horde and alliance <NPC of course> When the battle is nearly won a large earth quake begins, Azurite begins spewing out of everywhere. Our world, our home is dying and we must heal the wounds and fight corruption along the way.
Azeroth.

We gotta fight the planet for the planet.

Captain Planet, because he's tired of our war killing the planet.
Horde fights genn as final boss and alliance fight sylvanas final boss

In the end they both die
The horde will have to face me as their last boss

They will be crying for boss nerfs all expansion
probably not as the final boss, but somewhere along the line, hopefully that dreadlord that replaced Jaina.
Sylvanas.

You all know it's gonna happen.

Sylvanas. You all know it's gonna happen.

I think it's one of these two.

EDIT: or both
Alliance and Horde get opposite sides of a massive battlefield. It's the same raid, with the same layout (mirrored), same boss mechanics but different lore characters in the boss positions.

End boss is the same room, Sylvanas and Greymane duking it out. You assist your side. They both die in a "taking you with me" last hurrah. Nobody wins but that huge explosion busted open this sweet wagon full of war supplies...

I could live with this.
After much horde - alliance battling, Anduin and Slyvanas run off together because they are totally hot to make little light banshees babies that death scream rainbows.

The rest of us are so mad, that we hunt them down and kill them.
could go anywhere honestly

but since this expansion is gonna be faction wars, now we know that the next expansion may DEFINITELY be old gods themed, i mean we still got n'zoth swimmin around
Like in every story the real final boss will be the friends you made along the way.

In particular, those "friends" who are also rolling on that trinket you absolutely need.
Some ancient, forgotten Loa who suddenly decided to make a move to rule the world.
