The NPC for the daily Callings is missing from Bastion (where it is supposed to be according to the map). It does not appear on the minimap, nor in person, but it is marked on the world map and others are standing at the spot indicated. It would appear to possibly be a phasing issue as I just started the next chapter of the campaign.
Complete you current covenant campaign questline and then the NPC should be back where they normally are. I had the same issue, was able to get the Calling after I’d done the campaign quests.

Thank you for this. I was having the same issue and did a ticket for blizz…and their response was not helpful at all.
