(BASIC) How to make a Macro

This is a very simple guide on how to make a macro.
First:
Type /macro or press esc and go to macros.
From there you can click on new.
Second: Click any image that properly represents your macro.
Third: Name it whatever you want.
Fourth: Understand the channel specifics. /1 is for general, /2 for trade, /3 for world defense /4 for world, and /5 for custom, etc…
In your macro box you want to type /whatever number you want, and then type out your macro.
If this is a personal macro, such as a class macro just type it in the box. Example:
#showtooltip Soulstone
/cast [target=mouseover,exists] [] Soulstone
Once you’ve done that, you should please: SAVE! This will ensure that your macros don’t ever get wiped out. One of the things that I do is I also write them down, just incase they do get wiped, because I have had them wiped before even though I’ve saved them.
